Mom Takes Hilarious Swimming Pool Photo To Celebrate Kids Returning To School

An Ohio woman was arrested on Monday after allegedly duct taping her 11-year-old son to a metal chair and then leaving him alone at home to go swimming with her six-year-old daughter.

Police found 32-year-old Susan Malysa swimming at the Boardman YMCA and arrested her on the spot, charging her with child endangerment.

She appeared in court the next day and tried to explain herself to the judge, before he stopped her - saying the hearing was not the time. She then post $10,000 bail. Her kids are now in the care of relatives.
